FAQs

Now, say I need a gift, but am clueless what to get? How do I go about it?

The best things to do is to email or sms me what your gifting needs are,  and the budget you are comfortable with. I would furnish you with some suggestions and the choice is yours.

Here are some important information, I will need to proceed.
  • what is the occasion you are gifting for? 
          (birthday, baptism, anniversary, surprise for a loved one?)
  • some specific details, 
         (preferred colour, or brand, is it a girl or boy?)
  • I will do my very best to cater to all budgets regardless how modest to how exuberant they may be.

I will need some personal details from you?
  • your name
  • contact details, eg email and phone number
  • date of delivery
  • preferred time of delivery, (should it apply)
  • delivery address
Rest assure all these information will be kept confidential by Hartwarmers.

How early am I required to place my order?
In order to give you the best service, I would appreciate it if you would give me a week's notice.
During peak seasons, such as Mother's Day and Valentine's Day. Christmas, etc. 
Kindly contact me as early as 2 weeks to get the orders out according to schedule.

How about Payment?
You may choose to COD, should you be collecting the item, OR
make an ATM transfer to DBS Savings account: 018-403-2285

Delivery Mode
 I will need to make the necessary arrangements to have your delivery made, so kindly advice me if
  • you wish to collect your gift, at an arranged location 
  • you may also request to have your gift delivered via registered mail, to surprise your recipient 
  • you may want it delivered to your recipient at a specific time

What happens if I need to cancel my order?
  • should you notify me via email/ sms, 24 hours prior to the date of delivery, you will be entitled to a 50% refund.
  • should you cancel the order, on the very day of delivery, there will be NO REFUND

How do I know that the gift has been delivered? 
You will receive an sms from Hartwarmers, once your gift has been delivered.
